The Problem

The current website has an outdated design and user interface, leading to poor usability, decreased user engagement, and a negative perception of the brand. Users struggle with navigation, the layout is not optimized for modern devices (especially mobile), and the overall experience does not meet current UX standards. As a result, the website requires a complete redesign to improve usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.

My role

As a UX/UI designer, my role is to bridge the gap between user needs and business goals by creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. In this project, I was responsible for redesigning an outdated website, transforming it into a modern, user-centered platform that improves usability, accessibility, and overall interaction.

I approached this challenge by analyzing the existing user experience with the owner, identifying key pain points, and applying current design principles to enhance navigation, layout, and visual consistency. Through research, wireframing, and iterative design, I ensured that the final product not only meets contemporary UX/UI standards but also delivers a seamless and satisfying experience on the web.

The Solution

To address the challenges of the outdated website, the solution focused on creating a modern, user-centered redesign that enhances both usability and visual appeal. The goal was to deliver a seamless and intuitive experience by simplifying navigation, improving content structure, and implementing a clean, responsive design that works across all devices.

By applying current UX/UI best practices, the redesigned website prioritizes clarity, accessibility, and consistency. Key improvements include a more logical information architecture, streamlined user flows, and a visually engaging interface that better reflects the brand. This solution ensures that users can easily find what they need while enjoying a more efficient and satisfying digital experience.
